Care Beyond Prescriptions
Patients with chronic conditions or those with a multiple medication regimen can use the packaging and delivery services which gives patients or their families/caregiver’s assistance in medication administration within their home or living facility. Collaborating with patient’s physicians, we intend to assist in getting patients set up with quality care beyond prescription filling.

Our pharmacy team’s goal is to work with each patient, their doctor, and family or caregiver to ensure health goals are assessed so that we may assist in either prevention, maintenance, or in the achievement of the best health outcomes possible.
Meet Your Pharmacist
Dr. Charleen M. Guarnaccia-Albanese
Owner/Pharmacist
Working within a profession for over 2 decades, where I can connect with my community has been very rewarding. It has allowed me to provide necessary services to fill the gaps in healthcare, in order to make a positive impact and improve the quality of life within our patient’s lives.
Being a firm believer of education myself, I have obtained a clinical doctorate degree from MCPHS (PharmD), DSME (Diabetes Self-Management Education) accredited, MTM (Medication Therapy Management) certification, Immunization Certification, BA (Bachelor of Arts-Psychology/Behavioral Health and minor in fine arts/design).
Applying my healthcare knowledge in caring for others with chronic issues such as diabetes, cardiac health issues, mental health, memory care and especially in myself caregiving for a family member with terminal cancer for 2 years, has been the motivation behind the pharmacy’s structure.
Being a caregiver, I was able to see the need for medication packaging, delivery of medications, coordinating with doctors to assess refill requests and resolve insurance rejections, as well as managing costs and the physical administration of medications at home.
